life filled with travel
It's been almost 1 year, since I started working for my company as an operator of overseas travel.I have been learning a lot, and I came to realized that working for a campany isn't as tough as I had expected, and yeah, I actually encountered many stuations to enjoy my job a lot.
I had a chance to go to South Africa, I have got to know many interesting people from all over the world, I started getting interested in history of ancient age, and all experience I had through my job has been giving me a new future carrer and plan. I really appreciate it and I do like my co-workers.
So, I would say I was lucky to choose my job, even though I don't get paid so well.... (cry)....
Anyway, I sometimes lose a motivation for working.
I sometimes feel very irritated by working in my office, and I just wanna leave the office right away.
It's because I don't like seeing "unfair" circumstance around me.
Some people work really really hard for the company, but the others do not care about the profit.
Some people come to office pretty early in the morning, but the others leave the office after 18:00.
Some people always help other co-workers even after they finish their own work, but the others don't even ask if anyone needs help.
And who get paid the most?
It should be the one who works hard, makes a profit, cooperate with co-workers, and makes a good relationship with everyone, but my company doesn't work in that way.
Even those who don't really care about other co-workers who are working very busy, can pretend as if he is working hard, and even get paid better just because he is the only one guy who listens to my president all the I time. You know, "yes"-man.
I just hate to see this unfairness!!! I can say that I'm working much harder than some people who are older than me, but i get paid only 1/3 of his salary. NOT FAIR.
I would be willing to work hard and busily no matter how much salary I get, as long as I enjoy the job itself and I can work with people who always try to help each other.
And also the company has to give equel opportunity to all enployees to have a stronger motivation for work, and give more chances to have a training that will improve the ability for enlarging the business.
That means... for me.... let me go visit more countries!!!!!
There are tons of places I've got to visit and see with my own eyes, because I have to be able to explain those places to my agents.
I need to know the place geographically, need to know the time of transfer, the situation of security, condition of the lodges, habits and culture of local people, the tastes of local food, the weather, the view, the color, and.. anything that has something to do with the country or the area.
Of course I am trying to get information even though I am in Japan.
I read books, study the history, watch TV, and imagine myself to be in the countries pretty often.
But there are something I can never be sure about.
That is an atmosphere, smell, color, air, and the live of local people.
I have to know, and I want to experience with my own body it sooooo badly.
I turst that the conbination of knowledge and experience must be effecient for persuading people.
Let me experience the "real" ground!!! Please!!!!
I wanna be more confident in what I am working for right now, that will requires the real experience.
If I can never make this will come true... it would be the end of my days of working here.
When I quit my job... that's when I give up expecting the company to have me a chance of getting trained with experience. And yeah, that's when I will start traveling everywhere I want.
I wanna visit countries of islamic culture, and be enchanted by the arkitecture.
Also wanna be surrounded by a great nature of Africa, and lose myself in front of the sunset falling down in the horizon....
And, I need to go to South America for souking myself into music and dance...
AHHH!!! How can I live my life without traveling?
