Harlem Nights 2005

Last Sunday I went to see this Jazz Live with tap dance show, "Harlem Nights 2006".
This performance is taken place at Land Mark Tower at Yokohama Sakuragi-cho every summer, and last year was my first year to join this event.
This event can allow you to feel like you're actually in a real live jazz club at Harlem,
There is a band composed of a pianist, bassist, percussionist, and saxophonist (also clarinettist).
This band's play was collaborated with a rhythm of tap dance by the sexiest guy dancer in the world!
His dance is filled with vibrations & pulsing.
Last year his dance seduced me to take a tap dance lesson again, (And yes I did start tap dancing but failed to continue...) and this year I again wanna be a tap dancer!!!!

I swear that he is the sexiest guy I have ever seen in my life.
I like how his body moves with the rhythm, and takes a balance of his whole body accompanied with music.
His body is like a rubber, that can flexibily shift its shape into whatever he likes.
But what I liked the most about his performance was, once he got off the stage and started walking around the audience's floor.
Then he took an old lady's hand and tempted her to dance with him!!!
She was shamefaced and also joyfull & proud!
I love seeing people like that!!!

And there was a small Japanese boy who showed his cutest tap dance!
He tried to dance like this professional dancer and failed, but still tried.
SOOO CUTE!
They were taking rhythm together at the edge of the stage, even when the dance wasn't mainly performed.
Sometimes they do High-Five just like they're real brothers or partners for many years.
Black Big Guy & Small Yellow Boy, in the same Black suits.... and dancing together.
What else can grapse audience's minds???
Everyone in the hall must have been pleased just to be there.

Also the performance was made up of a powerful gospel singer & solo saxophinst.
At the beginning of the show, everyone was sitting by the table, sipping wine or beer quitely.
However thier endless soulful play made everyone stand up and swing thier bodies with the music!
It was such a good atmosphere, just like last year.
I could see everyone, I mean EVERY SINGLE PERSON in the hall was dancing.
Some were dancing as they're in a night club, others were too shy to dance in public so not physically dancing but for sure thier eyes were dancing ;)

What is more...
Hehehe the buddy I went to this event with... is this guy who can do whatever silly things with me.He has been my silly buddy for about... 6 years?
He put E.T. hat on his head that I bought at Flea Market right before the live.
Isn't he cute?
He wore it in the shopping mall while we were looking for a restaurant for lunch.
Hahaha~~~ people were looking at him with curious eyes, and he wanted to get attention even more...
Who can dislike this guy with silliness & hospitality that makes people smile??
